I spend most of my research time on the development and applications of coherent X-ray diffraction. Most of my research is focussed on coherent diffraction of single phase defect embedded in the bulk in hard condensed matter. A single dislocation in silicon, a dislocation of a spin density wave in chromium and a dislocation of a charge density wave have been my main studies in last years.

Research area

I. Coherent X-ray diffraction

II. Electronic crystals : spin and charge density wave systems

III. Dynamics of a displacive phase transition : the central peak phenomenon

IV. Fluctuation dynamics close to an order-disorder phase transition
