Pendant droplet and rising bubble

Another method to measure surface tension is to generate a rising bubble or a pendant droplet through a syringe (see figure "GoutteOscillante2"). The shape of the droplet or bubble is related to its surface tension and can be recorded with time, which allows to measure surface tension with time.
